The Junior programme has been set up to provide a development pathway for their future progress in the game and actively encourages any child to give it a go. For players 12 or over (although younger players showing good racquet ability will be included) who are new to squash or have graduated from the mini squash series of lessons, involve the basics of learning to play the game.

Designed for players who can hold a rally with another junior player and who have the basic technique and tactics. This session will look at skill refinement as well as fitness and tactics during a match. | A fun introduction to squash with throwing, catching, balance, agility, coordination, and some simple racquet skills leading to and preparing players for the beginners group. | For older players with good technical and tactical skills who are looking to become more consistent match players.
